VENDOR (8ft) *READ DESCRIPTION*

By submitting an application and participating as a vendor at Small Business Baddies, you agree to the following rules and guidelines:

1. Application & Acceptance

• All vendors must submit an application to be considered.

• Acceptance is not guaranteed and is based on product type, category balance, and overall event fit.

• Approved vendors will be notified via email or direct message with next steps.

2. Vendor Fees

• Vendor fees must be paid in full by the stated deadline to secure your spot.

• Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is canceled by the host.
  

3. Booth Space

• Each vendor will be provided with a designated space.

• Vendors are responsible for bringing their own displays, signage, and extension cords unless otherwise stated.

• Booth sharing is not permitted unless approved in advance.

4. Setup & Breakdown

• Vendors must arrive during the designated setup time provided prior to the event.

• All booths must be fully set up and ready before doors open to the public.

• Early breakdown is not permitted and may affect approval for future events.

• Vendors must leave their space clean and free of trash at the end of the event.

5. Products & Conduct

• Vendors may only sell products approved in their application.

• No counterfeit, illegal, or offensive items are permitted.

• Vendors are responsible for all sales transactions, including sales tax, licenses, and permits required by law.

• Professional behavior is required at all times. Harassment, disruptive behavior, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.

6. Exclusivity & Duplication

• The host may limit the number of vendors in similar categories to ensure a diverse shopping experience.

• Product exclusivity is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing.

7. Promotion & Branding

• Vendors are encouraged to promote the event on social media.

• By participating, vendors grant permission for event photos and videos featuring their booth to be used for promotional purposes.
  

8. Liability

• Vendors participate at their own risk.

• The event host, venue, and organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

• Vendors are responsible for their own insurance, if applicable.

9. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Vendors who cancel after acceptance or fail to show up for the event forfeit their vendor fee.

• No-shows may be denied acceptance to future events.

10. Rule Changes

• Event organizers reserve the right to update or modify these rules as needed.

• Any changes will be communicated to vendors in advance.
